Fitbit: A little help to keep on track with my fitness

As part of my fitness journey replaced my fitbit Alta with the Fitbit Charge 2. Im excited about this little gadget because it will measure my heartrate and can track most of the exercise routines I do . In turn pushing me to improve my overall health abd fitness each day. You can view your stats to see if you improving or in a plateau. Tried it out in my pilates class and got results on my heart rate, energy used and distance which was pretty cool. So next time I will make sure I perfom better.

If you do not have a fitbit and want to to be on track with your fitness get one. You will find yourself walking more , trying to sleep right, making sure your energy in versus energy out is on targert everyday. Yes it monitors your sleep pattern too! Its a good little gadget. And I will be buying one for my friends as gifts this year
