Nothing like a stroll in nature to clear the mind. Did a 12km walk from Spitbridge to Manly. On the walk there are a few pools and small beach to cool down. I felt some sense of achievement and pride for waking up at 7am for a long stroll.
My Aim is to do this once a month. I recomend anyone to try hiking or visiting one of your local national parks. Its good for the soul, relaxing yet at the same time a form of exercise.
Did over 18000 steps and burnt 1450 calories in 5 hours. Way to go for a morning spent just walking without feeling any stress to the body
