Was so good to finally practice yoga this evening after at least a month of poor attendance at my studio. I realised how much I appreciate my practice, it has helped me spiritually and mentaly. In the last couple of weeks of no practice I found myself attach easily to situations, thoughts, problems, etc. Reason for this, was me not living in the now.
Today I want to talk about mindfulness. This seemed to be what echoed during savasana.
So what is mindfulness?
“It is being in the moment, being present and fully experiencing and knowing what you are experiencing. It is feeling the moment without judging or condemning the moment”
Simply put it is living in full awareness of now and not allowing the future or past spoil your present moment.

So today why don’t you practice mindfulness and living a life were you do not attach yourself to things and thoughts. You will find you handle whatever comes on your way better.
I believe practicing mindfulness can help release us from most of our mental suffering.πππΎββοΈ

This is truly inspiring and reminded me to calibrate as I also tend to juggle too many things and thought at the same time. Tomorrow is another day and time to make an effort to be mindful and take time to meditate and enjoy some yogaπ§ββοΈ Thank you itβs greatππΌπ§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ
